MOSCOW. June 27 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has reaffirmed his country's interest in rebuilding close ties with Libya in trade and the energy sector and broadening military-technological cooperation between the two states.
"We attach great importance to our relations with Libya. We support the Libyan authorities' efforts to restore stability to their country and maintain national reconciliation. We are interested in rebuilding close ties in trade and energy and expanding our military-technological cooperation," Putin said on Friday.
