Ukrainian army positions bombarded in southeast

KYIV. July 7 (Interfax) - Ukrainian army positions were put under automatic and mortar fire in the southeast early on Monday morning.

"Automatic fire was opened on roadblocks of antiterrorist operation forces near the urban-type settlement of Amvrosiivka in the Donetsk region and Rubezhnoye in the Luhansk region," Kyiv-based Information Resistance Group leader Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook in the morning.

He said an army post was also shelled near the Dolzhansky border checkpoint in the Luhansk region. About 30 mines were launched, he said.

A serviceman was injured in an attack on law enforcers' positions near the urban-type settlement of Kremennaya, Luhansk region, Tymchuk reported.
