MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - The Moscow authorities have dismissed "a terror attack" as the cause of Tuesday's accident in the Moscow metro.
Asked whether there was an explosion in the metro, Vice Mayor Pyotr Biryukov replied that this had not been the case.
