MOSCOW. July 24 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Defense Ministry has invited the West to investigate who has been firing on the Russian-Ukrainian border and against what targets, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov has said.
"Something has been said about a build-up of Russian troops on the Russian-Ukrainian border. But do you know at least who has been firing on the border and against what targets? The Russian side registered nine instances of gunfire against Russian territory in June and July this year," he told the Rossiya-24 television station on Thursday.
