BISHKEK. Aug 8 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev is due to visit Turkey and Russia, the presidential press service told Interfax on Friday.
"Atambayev will pay working visits to the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation from August 8 to August 12," the press service said.
The Kyrgyz president's August 8-10 trip to Turkey is expected to include bilateral meetings with the Turkish leadership to discuss ways to further promote cooperation between the two countries in different areas.
"Atambayev's working visit to the city of Sochi has been set for August 11-12," the press service said.
The Kyrgyz president and Russian leaders will discuss the implementation of joint projects and the prospects for further broadening bilateral ties.
