MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax-AVN) - The first rocket regiment of Russia's Kozelsk rocket division continues to switch to Yars silo-based missile systems, Russian Strategic Rocket Forces (RVSN) spokesman Maj. Dmitry Andreyev told Interfax-AVN on Tuesday.
"Before the end of 2014, the regiment will launch a trial run of four launchers and the rocket regiment's unified command center," he said.
"Five rocket regiments are currently switching to Yars new missile systems: four of them will use mobile systems, and one silo-based systems," Andreyev said.
