One hundred thirty Kamaz trucks with Russian aid cross into Ukraine - TV

MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax) - About 130 trucks carrying the Russian humanitarian aid crossed into Ukraine on Friday afternoon, according to the Rossiya 24 television channel.

"One hundred thirty trucks have crossed the border and are traveling across Donbas," a Rossiya 24 correspondent reported from the scene.

He said Russian customs officers at the border checkpoint continue clearing the convoy vehicles.

"More vehicles have arrived at the international checkpoint, there is no sign of the end of them. Specialists are doing whatever is necessary to ensure the whole cargo is checked today and can be delivered to Donbas residents," the correspondent said.
