KYIV. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called on Kyiv's Western partners to convene an emergency session of the UN Security Council (UNSC) in response to "Russia's actions in the eastern regions of Ukraine".
"I believe it is necessary for our Western partners to convene an emergency session of the UNSC. Russia has significantly increased its military presence in Ukraine," Yatsenyuk said in Kyiv on Thursday.
