KYIV. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has ordered Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin together with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to ensure international monitering of compliance with the bilateral ceasefire in eastern Ukraine.
"I also order the Ukrainian foreign minister together with the OSCE to ensure effective international monitoring of compliance with the ceasefire, which should only be of a bilateral character," Poroshenko said in a statement posted on his website on Friday.
