MOSCOW. Sept 10 (Interfax) - The militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic are preparing to exchange POWs with Kyiv.
"We plan exchanges for 4:00 p.m. (Kyiv time) today. We plan to exchange 36 for 36," Alexander Zakharchenko, prime minister of the Donetsk People's Republic, told Interfax.
