DUSHANBE. Sept 12 (Interfax) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) calls for resolving the Syrian crisis by exclusively political and diplomatic means and further direct inter-Syrian dialogue, says the Dushanbe declaration of the SCO summit signed on Friday.
"Member countries welcome the successful destruction of Syrian chemical weapons which has been done in due time and under international monitoring," the declaration runs.
