MOSCOW. Oct 6 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian government has given its consent to the sale of shares of the Moscow Radiotechnical Plant and Kuntsevo Design Bureau owned by Almaz-Antey concern to OJSC Defense Systems.
A corresponding order of the Russian government was posted on the official web portal of legal information on Friday.
"To agree to the alienation of 52,819 shares of OJSC Moscow Radiotechnical Plant constituting 10.48% of its charter capital and 19,409 shares of OJSC Kuntsevo Design bureau constituting 35.49% of its charter capital owned by OJSC Almaz-Antey Concern by way of sale to OJSC Defense Systems at a price not lower than the market price determined on the basis of a report of an independent assessor," the government order says.
