DPR to set up special body to register war crimes on both sides

DONETSK. Oct 9 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is planning to set up a Council for War Crimes.

"We will record instances of war crimes on both sides, which will take place in the republic. The collected material will be sent to relevant international organizations," DPR first deputy premier Andriy Purgin told reporters on Wednesday.

"The organization will also include representatives from the Interior Ministry and the State Security Ministry," he said.

It will be a conciliatory and advisory body, Purgin said.
