MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax-AVN) - The development of means of nuclear attack prompts Russia to actively develop its missile attack warning network, including its orbital and ground segments, Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said.
"The Defense Ministry has been dynamically restoring the orbital segment of the missile attack warning network. Unified space information system satellites will be launched shortly," he told reporters on Thursday.
