Donetsk governor appointed by Kyiv admits some military units "run out of control"

KYIV. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Donetsk region state administration head Oleksandr Kykhtenko says the regional authorities are dealing with a number of units, which have been created to join the army operation but run out of control.

"The units, which have been formed and, regretfully, run out of control, are creating problems in the region. We are dealing with this problem; an operation has been launched to send these people back where they belong and cuff them. I think that will be done before my arrival," he said in the Shuster Live television program on Tuesday evening at the end of a Kyiv meeting of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

Kykhtenko was the Commander of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry Forces (currently National Guard) from February 2005 till April 2010.
