KYIV. Nov 5 (Interfax) - The territories in the Donetsk regions not controlled by Kyiv are demanding 19.6 billion hryvni a year and those in the Luhansk region 14.6 billion hryvni a year from the Ukrainian national budget, but they will not receive the money in the current situation, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said.
"As long as the territories are controlled by various frauds, the central budget will not send money there. The government will not finance terrorists, crooks and frauds," Yatsenyuk said while opening a government meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.
