KYIV. Dec 5 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian presidential administration believes it is realistic to fully put in place the association agreement between Ukraine and the EU before the end of 2015.
"I think it is absolutely realistic to fully put in place the association agreement between Ukraine and the EU, that is, have the document ratified by all EU countries before the end of next year. We are setting this task," Valery Chaly, deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, told a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
Chaly recalled that the inauguration meeting of the association council is scheduled for December 15 and the government is now expected to take intensive steps toward implementing the agreement.
The association agreement between Ukraine and the EU was signed in Brussels in summer 2014.
