Peskov: Putin to not make "special statements" on financial market situation

MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is not planned to make special statements on the financial market situation, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"It is not planned to make "special statements" on the situation on financial markets," he told Kommersant.

The newspaper said that the president might elaborate on the issue no earlier than at the December 18 press conference which, as Peskov said, would be held "in a routine procedure."
