MOSCOW/GENEVA. Dec 18 (Interfax) - A future agreement between the P5+1 and Iran may become legally binding, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"One should note that we had a good exchange of opinions on making the upcoming agreement legally binding," Ryabkov told Interfax on Wednesday.
