DONETSK. Dec 29 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) defense ministry has failed to agree with the Ukrainian army on the main aspects of the ceasefire regime and a final meeting may be held on December 31, a DPR defense ministry spokesman told reporters on Monday.
He said the meeting had been held behind closed doors and involved servicemen of the DPR, Ukraine and Russia.
"[The parties] discussed three issues, namely the ceasefire, the withdrawal of armaments and the exchange of prisoners, but no agreements were reached. There will be one more meeting and the results may be summed up on December 31," he said.
