MOSCOW. Jan 14 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that Moscow is not interested in the default of Ukraine, however has the right to demand that this country vigorously fulfill its debt obligations.
"Speaking frankly, we don't want the default of Ukraine, complications and without that, the plight of the Ukrainian economy. Conversely, we need a living partner," Medvedev said at the sixth Gaidar Forum in Moscow on Wednesday.
"But debts need to be paid," the prime minister said.
