DONETSK. Jan 15 (Interfax) - Not one member of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has fully recalled its monitors from the Organization's Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine, an SMM official said.
The safety of our staff is one of our priorities, so we invited experts to eastern Ukraine, whose task is to assess the security situation, OSCE SMM deputy chief Alexander Hug said at a briefing in Donetsk on Wednesday.
But for now none of the nations represented in the SSM has recalled its representatives. We continue cooperating with all these countries and trying to ensure a proper level of safety for representatives of all countries, Hug said.
