Middle East Quartet may hold ministerial meeting in February - Palestinian ambassador

MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - The international Quartet on the Middle East (Russia, the United States, the United Nations and the European Union) may hold a ministerial meeting in February.

"We know that the Quartet of international mediators is intensifying its work. As we have heard, the special representatives of the Quartet will meet on January 26, and the Quartet may convene a meeting at the level of foreign ministers in February. However, this has not yet been finally confirmed," Palestinian Ambassador to Russia Fayed Mustafa said at a press conference in Moscow on Friday.
