MINSK. Jan 30 (Interfax) - The envoys of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics have prepared documents for the next round of the Minsk negotiations that do not contradict the Minsk memorandum, Denis Pushilin, the DPR envoy in the Minsk negotiations, said.
"The documents we have prepared do not contradict the Minsk memorandum," he told reporters on Friday.
