MINSK. Jan 30 (Interfax) - The leaders of the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LPR and DPR, respectively) have agreed upon the text of a new peace document for Donbas, which only needs to be signed by all parties to the dialogue.
"The document is ready. We are expecting this text to be initialed and signed by the DPR and LPR, on the one part, and by an authorized representative of Ukraine, on the other," the LPR's Minsk negotiator Vladislav Deinego told reporters.
