MOSCOW. Feb 5 (Interfax) - Moscow is hoping to send yet another convoy with humanitarian aid to southeastern Ukraine on February 8.
"In the context of the Ukrainian events, I would like to announce today Russia's plans, as part of its humanitarian assistance for the southeast, to send yet another humanitarian convoy that we hope to deliver with assistance from Ukraine and the International Committee of the Red Cross on February 8," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said at a briefing on Thursday.
"The relevant note requesting Ukrainian assistance in inspecting the cargo crossing the border was sent to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on February 4," he said.
