MOSCOW. Feb 5 (Interfax) - The negotiations conducted by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Cairo will address coordination of Russian-Egyptian actions on the international scene and ways of improving the situation in the Middle East, the Kremlin said.
Putin will visit Egypt on February 8-10.
"The negotiations will address international issues, primarily the search for ways of improving the situation in the Middle East and North Africa - Iraq, Syria and Libya - and the Palestine-Israel settlement," Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.
Ushakov said the negotiations will also address "the strengthening of the coordination of efforts taken by Russia and Egypt on the international scene, including in the fight against international terrorism."
