MOSCOW. Feb 9 (Interfax) - The authorized representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Vladislav Deinego, has traveled to Minsk to prepare for a new meeting, leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Igor Plotnitsky said on Monday.
"Vladislav Deinego is already on his way there. The working group will commence work from tomorrow. Depending on the results of its work, we will see who will travel, which issues to consider. There are very many issues," Plotnitsky was quoted as saying by the Luhansk Information Center on Monday.
The meeting will focus not only on the problem of separating the warring sides, the LPR leader said. "We have a whole bloc of economic issues, a whole bloc of political issues, a whole bloc of engineering issues which need to be resolved," Plotnitsky said.
"I can say in advance that talks will not be easy, that is certain. For everyone, both for us and for them. But if are going for these talks once again, then our position, our line will be fairly tough and substantiated," the LPR leader said.
Commenting on the possible dividing line, Plotnitsky said it will cross where it does at the moment. "I can only say one thing: it is unlikely we'll move away from the line where we are now. And that will be like a base - ours and that of the DPR. As for the rest, we can consider every degree, every height and every little valley. It is already a technical matter," Plotnitsky said.
"Whatever will be better for us, we'll agree to all that. But our principle is: not one step back. We will not give away what has been paid for with our blood," he added.
