Athens concerned about instability in Europe - Greek foreign minister

MOSCOW. Feb 11 (Interfax) - Athens is concerned about an unstable situation in Europe, says Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias.

"We are really concerned about the current destabilization in the situation on the continent. Greece wants to explain to its partners that all problems should be resolved in a diplomatic way," Kotzias said at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday.

In talking about bilateral Greek-Russian relations, Kotzias noted that preparations were under way for the organization of Year of Russia in Greece and Year of Greece in Russia in 2016.
