Minsk agreements give Donetsk and Luhansk right to self-determination of their language

MINSK. Feb 12 (Interfax) - A package of measures towards the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements will give the Donetsk and Luhansk regions the right to self-determination of their language.

A supplementary note to the document says that the Law "On the Special Procedure of Local Self-Government in Certain Districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions" envisages the "right to self-determination of their language" and "the participation of local self-government bodies in the appointment of heads of prosecution services and judges in certain districts of these regions."
