Head of the EU Delegation to Russia: it is important that foreign military units leave eastern Ukraine

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The European Union may revise its approach to relations with Russia in the context of the Ukrainian crisis if Russia fully fulfils the agreements reached in Minsk on February 12, Head of the EU Delegation to Russia Vygaudas Usackas said.

The main thing now is that Russia should fulfill the specific obligations it has assumed, Usackas said on Ekho Moskvy radio.

It is important that the border should be controlled by Ukraine or monitored by the OSCE and it is also important that all foreign military units should leave the region, he said.
