KYIV. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Four civilians have been killed and another five injured, three of them severely, after a shell hit a cafe in the town of Schastya in the Luhansk region, Kyiv-appointed head of the Luhansk regional state administration Hennadiy Moskal said.
"All the dead are women who worked at the cafe (the shell hit the kitchen area)," he said.
It was reported earlier that two people were killed and six injured during the shelling of the cafe, which is called Dorozhnoye.
For his part, Donetsk regional police chief Vyacheslav Abroskin accused militias of launching an artillery attack on the city of Hirnyk (accountable to the Selidovo city council in the Donetsk region).
"Militants fired Grad rockets into Hirnyk. Preliminary reports: three women have been killed. The information is being verified," he wrote on Facebook.
