MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - A telephone conversation in the so-called Normandy Quartet, between the leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine, will be held on Thursday, the Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov told Interfax.
"This telephone conversation will take place today. It was not held yesterday due to a clash of the leaders' schedules," he said.
