OIC delegation to discuss Palestinian problem in Moscow

MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - Palestinian issues will be the focal point of consultations a delegation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), led by the Egyptian foreign minister, will have in Moscow on February 26.

"Negotiations between Russian Foreign Sergei Lavrov and a delegation of Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ministerial Contact Group on Palestine and East Jerusalem led by Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will be held in Moscow on February 26," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said at a press briefing in Moscow.

"They will concentrate on the Palestinian trek of the Middle East peace process and the situation on Palestinian lands and in the city of Jerusalem which is sacred for followers of three monotheistic religions," he underlined.
