Arms withdrawal shouldn't hinder resolution of humanitarian problems - LPR's Deinego

MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The arms withdrawal should not put in the shade the solution of Donbas humanitarian problems, self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) chief negotiator Vladislav Deinego said.

"Coordination and enforcement of the arms withdrawal should not adjourn other processes stipulated by the package of measures, first and foremost, humanitarian matters, as well as the others - amnesty, pardon, restoration of the economy and payment systems, pensions and allowances, a constitution reform and elections," the Luhansk information center quoted Deinego as saying on Friday.

"We have proposed to set up sub-groups to cover the implementation of concrete provisions of the package of measures," Deinego said.

"We are insisting on the strict fulfillment of the package of measures approved on February 12, 2015, and the withdrawal plan and schedule coordinated by the sides, so that the withdrawal ends precisely by its deadlines, March 4," the negotiator said.
