Russia to ship four Su-30SM to Kazakhstan - company

MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax-AVN) - Kazakhstan will get four Sukhoi Su-30SM fighters within a month, Russia's Irkut corporation president Oleg Demchenko told journalists at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2015) on Wednesday.

"All four aircraft are ready. The shipment is due in April," Demchenko said replying to a question from Interfax-AVN as to when the contract with Kazakhstan would be fulfilled.

Su-30SM is a supermaneuverable multirole fighter that has been adjusted to the requirements of the Russian Air Force in terms of radio location systems, radio communication, ejection seat and a number of auxiliary systems.
