MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary First Class Viktor Sorokin, who heads the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department II for CIS Affairs, will go to Paris on March 25 for talks in the Normandy Quartet format, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova has announced.
"The meeting will be held at the level political directors, not foreign ministers. Sergei Lavrov will be in Latin America at this time," Zakharova said on Russian News Service radio.
