MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax) - Europe's reaction to Nazi rallies has been overly restrained, said Russian Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Human Rights and Rule of Law Konstantin Dolgov.
"I think the European governments are well aware of what is going on. But, unfortunately, their reaction to Neo-Nazi rallies in Ukraine, in the Baltic region and in other European countries has been too moderate," he said in an interview with the RT television station.
Regarding compliance with the Minsk agreements' political and humanitarian aspects, Dolgov said that the Ukrainian parliament's recent decisions are "nothing else but a departure from the peace plan for Ukraine."
"We are extremely concerned about that," Dolgov said.
