Kyiv dodging compliance with Minsk accords - Moscow (Part 2)

MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax) - Moscow believes that Kyiv is dodging compliance with the agreements on setting the conflict in eastern Ukraine, reached in Minsk on February 12, Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Tuesday.

"It looks like the Ukrainian leadership is making use of various ruses to dodge compliance with the agreements signed in Minsk," Karasin told Interfax.

The upcoming Normandy format talks in Paris will center on the implementation of the entire package of Minsk agreements, the Russian diplomat said. "We will dicuss all 13 points of the Minsk accord," Karasin said.

He said Russia would initiate a discussion of whether the Ukrainian parliament's recent decisions on special status for individual districts of Donbas complies with the Minsk agreements.
