BRUSSELS. April 3 (Interfax) - Iran and the P5+1 on Thursday reached an agreement to set up an international enterprise to help Iran rebuild and modernize a plutonium reactor in Arak, European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said.
Mogherini in told a news conference in Lausanne, the Swiss city where the deal had been reached, that no weapons-grade plutonium would be produced at the Arak facility.
