Suspected killer of Gyumri family declared sane - source

MOSCOW/YEREVAN. April 9 (Interfax) - Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov who is suspected of killing seven members of a family in the Armenian city of Gyumri has been declared sane, a source familiar with the situation told Interfax.

"The serviceman has undergone psychiatric evaluation on orders from a detective and has been declared sane. He was fully aware of his actions at the moment of the crime," the source said.
