MOSCOW. April 9 (Interfax) - The Federal Security Service has prevented three terror attacks, detained over 120 gang members and killed 20 militants, among them three ringleaders this year, President Vladimir Putin said at a ceremony presenting top-ranking officers in the Kremlin.
"The Federal Security Service has been professional and prompt. Its officers have prevented three terror attacks, detained over 120 gang members and killed 20 militants, among them three ringleaders, since the beginning of this year," the Russian president said.
