MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - A list of foreign heads of state and government who wished to attend the Moscow festivities honoring the 70th V-Day anniversary will be unveiled in late April, Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said, adding that Moscow will be glad to see all foreign leaders.
"We will give a full summary [concerning the guests of the festivities] at the end of the month, shortly before the May holidays," he told reporters on Monday.
"The format of attendance will, of course, be decided by each guest himself," he said. "We said repeatedly that we will be glad to see here everyone who is ready to share this celebration with us," the president's spokesman said.
