MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - Militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) may become a real threat to the Afghan authorities by the end of this year, in the opinion of Russian President Representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov.
"I think this threat will be real by the end of this year. And it will become a great danger next year," he told Interfax.
