KYIV. April 27 (Interfax) - The European Union will send a mission to Ukraine and provide aid to Kyiv after the mission assesses the country's needs, European Council President Donald Tusk has announced.
Tusk said at a plenary meeting of the Ukraine - EU summit in Kyiv on Monday that the fact finding mission would release a report that will be discussed with all member-states.
