No steady truce yet in east Ukraine - Kerry

SOCHI. May 13 (Interfax) - The ceasefire stipulated in the Minsk accords has yet to be achieved in southeastern Ukraine, U.S. State Secretary John Kerry said.

Regardless of who fires the first shot, at any rate, there is no ceasefire yet that is called for by the Minsk agreements, he said after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

The ceasefire has yet to be achieved, he said
