MOSCOW. May 18 (Interfax) - Chief negotiators of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deinego, are not planned to attend the May 19 meeting of working subgroups in Minsk.
"The attendance of the envoys at the working groups' meeting is not scheduled," he added.
Two working sub-groups will converge in Minsk on Tuesday, in accordance with the plan, he said.
A source close to the work of the group told Interfax meetings between two sub-groups, on security and humanitarian issues, are scheduled to be held in Minsk on Tuesday.
The source did not confirm the information on a possible meeting of the trilateral contact group (OSCE, Ukraine and Russia) in Minsk on May 19.
Deinego later explained that a meeting of the working group on prisoner exchange issues will be held in Minsk.
One of the aspects of the work of the sub-group on humanitarian issues is prisoner exchange.
"The working group on the temporarily displaced persons will meet tomorrow in Minsk," Deinego told the Russian News Service.
The prisoner exchange using the "all for all" formula is one of the main provisions of the set of measures on the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements of February 12.
