DPR to transfer bodies of two Ukrainian soldiers killed at Donetsk airport

DONETSK. May 22 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) intends to transfer to Kyiv the bodies of two Ukrainian servicemen who died fighting for the Donetsk airport.

"Reportedly, there is a place where two bodies are lying. They will be taken to the morgue and transferred to the Ukrainian side," Lilia Radionova of the DPR Defense Ministry's POW Committee told reporters.

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (OSCE SMM), the Red Cross and the Joint Control and Coordination Center promoting ceasefire and stabilization in Donbas are preparing to retrieve the bodies from the premises of Donetsk airport.
