MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - Moscow is confident that a final agreement on Iran's nuclear program will be reached and does not expect these talks to be extended over a long period, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said.
"This agreement will be reached. In my opinion, we have already crossed the line before which we could have doubted that," he told reporters on the sidelines of the seventh BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) academic forum on Friday.
"I believe there is a high degree of certainty today that this agreement is not only possible, but it will be reached. I would not forecast any concrete date, but any lengthy extension of these talks is unlikely," Ryabkov said.
