Russia concerned about Moldova's entry denials to Russian peacekeepers serving in Transdniestria - Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Moscow is concerned about a growing number of denials to enter Moldova for Russian peacekeepers serving in Transdniestria, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

"The Russian side said in clear terms that it is particularly concerned about a growing number of instances when servicemen of the Russian contingent in the Joint Peacekeeping Force, stationed in Transdniestria, are denied entry to Moldova, which seriously complicates their responsible mission to maintain peace on the Dniester," says a statement posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website.
